SHIPPING INFO
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (no weekends/ holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Free local delivery is available for orders over $10 within the Tri-cities TN area. Orders under $10, are charged $4.75 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made [11am-6pm] on [Monday-Saturday ].
We will contact you via text message using phone number you provided at checkout to notify you.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We accept returns up to 5 days after delivery, if item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at onlyshawsolutions@gmail with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
